Our self defense classes are for the law-abiding people who want to be able to defend their selves without using a firearm. In our self defense classes we teach simple but effective techniques that will end or give you the edge in a confrontation. Our techniques are not the pretty martial arts of the Hollywood movies but no-nonsense, real world techniques that have been drawn from our experiences while operating in some unsavory places. We will teach you the same techniques we teach on our close protection/security contractor courses. We teach both males and females and there is no need for a high level physical fitness. Our self defense classes are given in relaxed and ego free environments and our aim is to build confidence in our students, not to intimidate them.

At close quarters a knife, if used properly can be a lot more effective weapon than a firearm. In this class we will teach you how to select and use a knife properly for self defense purposes, not sports fighting / martial arts. This class does not include non-lethal and politically correct techniques, it's a knife fighting class...
